It is stuffed with protein and good stuff for which your hormones will love you!
Here is the recipe. It's simple and easy.
YOU WILL NEED
For one large glass.
- 50 ml hemp seed
- 5 almonds
- 1 teaspoon of sesame seeds or tahini
- 100 ml raspberries
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla powder
- A large glass of water
HOW TO MAKE THE PROTEIN-RICH ALMOND MILKSHAKE
Blend all the ingredients together and enjoy the milkshake right away.
