An anti-inflammatory and healing infusion – that also tastes great. If you have inflammation in your body, then you can benefit from drinking this infusion every day.

Makes about 1 litre

YOU WILL NEED

  • 2 cm of fresh ginger
  • ½ cm galangal (may be left out of the recipe)
  • 3-5 cm fresh turmeric
  • ½ a liquorice root
  • 2 leafs of Stevia (may be replaced by one drop of liquid Stevia extract)

Chop all the herbs finely and cover with boiling water.

Let the drink steep and leave it for 2 hours or overnight.

Drink cold. Can be enjoyed daily.
