Sometimes your sweet toooth may prove too much to resist so that there is no time to be fancy with blender equipment and all of that. This Almond-Chocolate Quickie is a healthy snack which can be prepared in less than 2 minutes.

Serves 1

YOU WILL NEED

  • 2 tablespoons raw cocoa powder
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 teaspoon hemp oil (can be left out)
  • A little water, if needed
  • 1 handful almonds
  • 1/2 handful goji berries

HOW TO PREPARE THE ALMOND-CHOCOLATE QUICKIE

Thoroughly mix cocoa, banana and hemp oil.

Add a little water, if needed, to help the mixture blend better. Add almonds. Sprinkle with goji berries.

Enjoy immediately.
