Goji strawberry granita. A super simple ice cream with an extra health kick and crunch from the goji berries.

YOU WILL NEED

per person

  • 80g frozen strawberries
  • ½ handful goji berries
  • A little agave syrup or honey, if you have a very sweet tooth.

TOPPING

  • Goji berries
  • Raw cocoa nibs

HOW TO MAKE THE GOJI STRAWBERRY GRANITA

Blend all ingredients to a cracking ice cream.  Serve the sorbet in beautiful glasses. Sprinkle with your favourite super food, e.g. raw cocoa nibs, goji berries and mulberries.
