The Fertility Boosting Smoothie is especially good for you, if you have low progesterone.

  • A big glass
  • 1 handful of frozen strawberries or blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 glass of water or almond milk
  • 1 raw egg yolk
  • Vitamin C powder corresponding to 1 gram of Vitamin C
  • 3 tbsp of coconut yogurt or soy yogurt
  • 1 tbsp maca


Blend all the ingredients and enjoy right away.
