Actually, I don't think I have every met anyone who doesn't like pizza. This recipe is so delicious that you cannot taste at all that it's healthy.
2 pizzas can easily serve 4 people.
You can decide how much filling you want to top it with.
YOU WILL NEED
- 3 dl sunflower seeds
- 3 dl grated squash
- 6 biodynamic eggs
- 1 tbsp "HUSK Psyllium seeds"
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp of tartaric acid baking soda, organic and gluten-free baking soda from your local health food shop
- 1 portion of tomato sauce (see below)
TOMATO SAUCE - 1 portion:
- 2 dl semidried tomatoes
- 3 tbsp Xylitol
- 3 tbsp white vinegar
- 2 tomatoes
TOPPING - for example:
- Goat cheese
- Smoked salmon
- Fresh tomatoes
- Chicken slices or chicken sausages
Only the imagination sets the limits.
HOW TO PREPARE THE TOMATE SAUCE
Pour all the ingredients into the tomato sauce thoroughly and taste with salt and oregano. Can be used instead of ketchup and tomato sauce in the pasta dish and on the pizza.
HOW TO PREPARE THE LOVE FOOD PIZZA
Mix all the ingredients for the crust in a food processor, and distribute the dough in a 1/2-1 cm thick layer on baking paper on two baking sheets. The dough is almost liquid and cannot be kneaded as a traditional pizza dough.
Bake the crusts at 200 degrees for about 6 to 10 minutes. Make sure that they do not get burned.
Prepare the tomato sauce and distribute it on the baked pizza crusts.
Top with your favorite toppings and bake the pizzas for another 5 minutes.
Garnish with fresh tomatoes and basil before serving - and serve with a lot of green salad on the side.
