1 bite to eat per cabbage leaf

YOU WILL NEED

  • Pointed cabbage leaves (or batavia or romaine salad)
  • 125 g smoked organic or wild trout fillet
  • A pair of tablespoons of Urtekram's sandwich spread with basil (or
    home-made mayonnaise)
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • Dill, garlic sprouts, parsley or wood sorrel

HOW TO PREPARE THE SMOKED TROUT SALAD

Clean the pointed cabbage leaves.

Stir the trout fillet with the sandwich cream or mayonnaise and herbs.

Place a good spicy trout mousse on each cabbage leaf.

Season with freshly ground pepper.
