YOU WILL NEED

  • 1 red snack pepper
  • 1 organic chicken sausage
  • 1/4 avocado
  • Watercress
  • Perhaps a little homemade mayonnaise or mustard

HOW TO PREP THE HEALTHY HOT DOG

Cut the top of the snack pepper and remove the kernels.

Fill the snack pepper with avocado slices and a little mayonnaise and mustard.

Top with watercress and then squeeze the sausage into the snack pepper.

Enjoy your fast food on the go.
